Councillors Brunel-Walker and Heydon declared affected interests in relation to item 7 being the Council’s representatives on the Board overseeing the joint venture.
21. Minutes
RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 13 September 2021 be approved and signed by the Chairman as a correct record.

There were no urgent items of business.
23. Exclusion of Public and Press
RESOLVED that pursuant to Regulation 4 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) Regulations 2012, members of the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of items 6 and 7 which involved the likely disclosure of exempt information under the following category of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972:
